The mission of the book about two scenography exhibitions is to present the gradual preparation of Lithuanian scenographers for the global theater forum "Prague Quadrilateral 2023" and to contribute to the spread of this specific art field by fostering the mastery of scenic spatial theater.
Two exhibitions with different scenography are like a symbolic journey with transfers, the second stage of which continues and ends the previous stage of team creation. In the exhibitions, the theater is presented as a medium in which all the components working in the performance interact and which cannot be experienced in any other way than being in the performance here and now.
The book also presents the most active and talented creators of contemporary Lithuanian scenography, their works and creative features. The publication aims not only to present scenography exhibitions, but also to depict the landscape of contemporary scenography and take a look at how it may evolve in the future.
