Linas Liandzbergis studied at Vilnius Academy of Arts (1983-1989), specialized in painting. Member of Lithuanian Artists’ Association, Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association. Painter is the famous, middle-generation Lithuanian artist and curator of exhibitions. He creates works in the fields of painting, performance, video and installation art and participates in exhibitions since 1989. Today the artist's creative biography is marked with dozens of group art exhibitions in Lithuania and in various foreign countries, as well as fifteen major solo exhibitions which were held in exhibition spaces of Lithuania, Germany and Ukraine.
The artist is awarded the golden badge of the Lithuanian Artists Association for artistic merits. His works are acquired by the Lithuanian and foreign art collectors and also by Modern Art Centre - one of the most perspective and rapidly developing institutions of Lithuanian contemporary art. 1993, 1998, 2010, 2015 received a state grand by the Lithuanian Ministry of Culture.
